Marshal Gregg Bienstock (Badge No. 17) is a New York City Marshal with a mailing address at 36-35 Bell Boulevard, P.O. Box 610600, Bayside, NY 11361. He shares an office address, and is related to Marshal Martin Bienstock, whom at one time was the highest paid Marshal in NYC.

It is reported that Gregg Bienstock earned 1.66 million in 2008. New York City Marshals are public officials appointed by the Mayor for five year terms. They are not salaried, rather they charge fees for the work they perform, and can also retain 5% of what they collect from money judgments, also know as poundage. They pay their own expenses, and must pay a fee of 4.5% of their proceeds to New York City.
